4.4 Distribution Versus Product
The two problems can look alike in the company's numbers. Both can produce few customers, low revenue, and a strained budget. But they do not call for the same action.
If the product is the problem, more distribution makes more people aware of a weak experience. If distribution is the problem, one more product feature can consume time and money without changing the customer's access. The company works harder, but on the side of the connection that already works best.
