2.3 Feedback Loops
The response becomes a feedback loop only when it returns to the company, is interpreted, and changes the next action.
If you launch, receive comments, and continue exactly as planned, you have received feedback, but you have not closed a loop. If you collect data no one sees, you have measured without learning. If you change everything after the latest comment, you have reacted without understanding.
